In 1980 the Developer used this home as the Model-Home.  Located on the BEST lot in its newly developed Arizona Biltmore guard gated neighborhood.  From the unique Mini-Circle address on Claremont Avenue you have sweeping views of the Arizona Biltmore golf clubs’ 16th Green and the 17th Tee on the Links course.  This hillside location is situated above the sweeping horizon views well past the 10th Green & 11th Tee to clear across the Valley & South Mountain and the Wrigley Mansion thoughtfully built atop La Colina Solana – the “Sunny Hill” in 1932 by chewing gum personality William Wrigley Jr., and designed as a 50th anniversary gift to his beloved wife alongside the newly built Resort. This special Colony Biltmore Unit 4 property represents the pinnacle of development in the residential Colony Biltmore series of single family detached residences and remains owned by its’ original owner.  Because this home was built with mindful design, the home owner will be scheduling a complete renovation of this 2425’sf home on a comfortably manageable lot which sensibly accommodates expansion upwards of another 1000′ square feet.
